How to apply press-on nails:
- Remove any type of coating from the nails.
- Push back the cuticles with the orange stick.
- Clean and wipe the natural nails with the small cleaning pads.
- Select the desired sizes of nail tips and apply the double-sided tape to the natural nail, place the tip and press to adhere well.
OR
- Use the glue tube and apply a drop on the nail. Place the tip and press, holding the tip for a few seconds.
- With the mini file, lightly file the tip of the nails to remove imperfections.
To remove the tips (double-sided tape):
- Apply 99.9% alcohol around the tip and rub for 30 seconds.
- Hold the tip and rock it side to side to lift the edge.
- Apply 99.9% alcohol around the tip and slide it between the natural nail and the tip to help detach the double-sided tape.
- Continue until the press-ons come off.
- Once removed, rub 99.9% alcohol inside the press-ons to eliminate any adhesive residue. They can then be reused.
To remove the tips (2g glue):
- Generally, press-ons can last up to 2 weeks with the glue.
- Soak hands in warm water for 5 minutes to soften the glue.
- Apply cuticle oil around the tip so the oil penetrates between the nail plate and the glue.
- The oil will help gently detach the glue.
- Hold the tip and rock it side to side to lift the edge.
- If necessary, add more oil between rocking motions.
